Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what we do with it. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
When you use the Pump Selector or Water Advisor
- We record the answers you choose, the result you reach, and whether you tapped to call or message us, so we can see how useful the tools are.
- If you arrived from an advertisement, we record the campaign name in the link.
- Your browser keeps a random visit number for that visit only, so the steps of one visit can be counted together. It is not linked to your name or phone number, and we do not use tracking cookies.
- We do not collect your name, phone number or address unless you place an order or contact us.
When you place an order
We collect your name, mobile number, email address (if you give it), delivery address, pincode, the products you order, the amount, and the payment reference.
Payment information
Payments are handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or banking password. We receive only the payment amount, status and reference number.
How we use your information
- To confirm, deliver and invoice your order
- To contact you about your order, delivery, cancellation or refund
- To handle warranty claims and customer service
- To meet tax and accounting obligations
- To improve our tools, using counts rather than individual records
Who we share it with
- Razorpay, to process your payment and any refund
- Our staff and delivery team, who receive your order details by WhatsApp and email so they can confirm and deliver it. These messages pass through Meta (WhatsApp) and our email provider.
- Transporters, only when your area is served by one, and only what they need to deliver
- Government authorities, where the law requires it
We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep order information for as long as we need it to deliver your order, honour warranties, and meet the record-keeping periods required by tax and accounting law. Tool usage records do not contain your name or number.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it where the law allows. You can also withdraw consent for future use. Contact our grievance officer:
