Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you use our Pump Selector or Water Advisor, or order products from us through this website. By placing an order you agree to them. They do not take away any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Raja Industrials, trading as Raja Industrials, No 10, (26), Errabalu Chetty Street, Parrys, Parrys, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600001, India, GSTIN 33AAGFR3257G1ZB ("we", "us"). We sell water storage tanks, pumps and related products from brands including Sintex, Vectus, Texmo and Aquatex.

2. Using the Pump Selector and Water Advisor

Both tools give general guidance based on the answers you choose. The right product for you also depends on things we cannot see, such as your borewell depth, pipe runs and site conditions. If you are unsure, message us before ordering and our team will confirm the choice with you.

3. Prices

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST.
The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order. Prices may change for later orders.
The total shown on the review screen, before you pay, is the total you pay. No delivery charge is added afterwards.
If a price shown is clearly wrong, we will contact you before confirming the order, and you may cancel for a full refund.

4. How ordering works

You choose the products and enter your name, mobile number, delivery address and pincode.
Before you pay, we show you the total and your delivery day, or explain why we cannot promise a day for your area yet. If we do not serve your pincode, we tell you at this step and you are not asked to pay.
You pay using the secure payment page. The payment link is valid for 2 hours.
Our godown checks stock and confirms your order within 24 hours of payment.
If we cannot confirm your order within 24 hours, it is cancelled automatically and your payment is refunded in full. See our Cancellation and Refunds policy.

Your order is accepted only when we confirm it. Stock shown as "In stock at our godown" is updated through the day, and is finally confirmed at this step.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or banking password; we receive only the payment amount, status and reference. Your payment is collected when you complete it, and is refunded in full if we cannot confirm or deliver your order.

6. Delivery

7. Invoices and warranty

We issue a GST tax invoice for every confirmed order. Please keep it: manufacturers ask for it when you make a warranty claim.
Products carry the manufacturer's warranty on the manufacturer's terms. We will help you raise a claim with the manufacturer.
Installation, plumbing and electrical work are not included in the price unless we have agreed them with you in writing.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not responsible for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one on this page when you placed it.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem. Courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.
