Shipping and Delivery

Last updated: 14 September 2026

We deliver from our godown in Chennai. Before you pay, the order screen tells you whether we deliver to your pincode and on which day.

Where we deliver

Area	How your order reaches you
Most of our Chennai service areas	Delivered by our vehicle, Monday to Saturday
Some outer areas	Delivered by our vehicle on Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Counter-collection areas	Collect from our counter at GF for tanks, NO.9, BINNY MILLS LIMITED, STEPHENSON ROAD, PERUMBUR, CHENNAI, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, 600012, ready the same day once we confirm your order
Areas beyond our vehicles	Sent by transporter; we confirm the timeline with you directly

If we do not serve your pincode, the order screen tells you before you pay, and you can message us on WhatsApp to arrange delivery.

We show your delivery day before you pay. It is the day we commit to.
It allows for the time our godown needs to confirm your order, so the earliest day is usually the day after next.
We do not deliver on Sundays or on public holidays.
For counter collection and transporter areas, we cannot promise a day in advance; the order screen tells you this before you pay, and we contact you to arrange it.
If something outside our control means we cannot deliver on the promised day, we will tell you before that day. You may then choose a new day, or cancel for a full refund.

No separate delivery charge is added. The total shown before you pay is the total you pay.

Someone should be available at the address to receive the order. We will call the mobile number you gave us.
Products are delivered at the entrance of the address, at ground level. Lifting to a terrace or roof, and installation, are not included unless we have agreed them with you.
Please check the products when they arrive. Report any damage, or any wrong or missing item, within 48 hours with photos, so we can replace it. See Cancellation and Refunds.
